It's been a long time since I updated this blog, and in the time that has elapsed since my last post I've gone in a new direction. While I continue to offer horticultural consulting and landscape services, I'm currently focusing my efforts on termite and pest control.
With the frigid weather we're currently experiencing here in the Northern Virginia region, mice are probably my biggest concern right now. Just like us, they don't like being cold and they're doing whatever they can to get inside. Look behind the trash can in your garage; check unfinished areas of your basement and your attic. Got a crawlspace? Chances are, you'll find mouse droppings in any of these areas.
